As is well known, stone crushing plant is consisted of jaw crusher, cone crusher, impact crusher, roller crusher,VSI sand making machine, vibrating feeder, vibrating screen, belt conveyor, electrical cabinet and dust catching system. Different stone crushers have their own application in complete crushing plant. Generally speaking , Jaw crusher is primary crushing device, Secondary crushing equipment includes cone crusher, impact crusher, roller crusher and so on. The fine crushing machine is VSI sand making machine, the output size range are below 4.75 mm.
How does jaw crusher and cone crusher work in crushing plant? Firstly, Stones or rocks are evenly fed into jaw crusher through vibrating feeder in primary crushing process. And then crushed rocks are processed by cone crusher or impact crusher in secondary crushing stages. The crushed aggregate should be screened by vibrating screen,the unqualified particles and crushed by VSI sand making machine in fine crushing stages. Except for the crushing equipment in stone crushing plant, auxiliary equipment greatly improve the crushing efficiency of stone crushers.
